A spicy sauce best used as a complement to most appetizers or meat dishes.

Ingredients:
8 Cloves Garlic                     2-3 Cubanelle Peppers                         3/4 tbsp Cumin
2.5 tbsp Pimenton              1 tbsp Oregano                                        1/4 cup Almonds (crushed)
Salt                                            Ground Pepper                                        Olive Oil
Red WineVinegar

Directions:
Chop all ingredients and blend together using blender or other accessible food processor (just make sure the margaritas are cleaned out first).  Take the remaining mixture and add an equivalent amount of olive oil (thus, the mixture should be half olive oil and half everything else).  Continue blending until nearly liquified.

Once ready, apply to everything.  Literally, everything.  It is that awesome.
 
Appetizer that gets its name from its wrinkly nature.

Ingredients:
Potatoes (varied)
Salt

Directions:
Boil potatoes with salt in a large, covered pot filled halfway with water for 20 minutes or until softened.  Drain and sprinkle with salt to provide the "arrugadas" look to the potatoes.
